Just by the heading, it is clear that this article is suggesting that most women would not be comfortable with their own weight, so they should follow the 23 steps in this artical, which encourages women to fake their weight. The media should be doing more things to help women feel comfortable in their own bodies, but by suggesting that they should take these steps to look skinnier, women are only going to question their current size more. Women should feel comfortable in their body no matter what, the should be encouraged to be natural and healthy, not to be fake. This type of artical should not be advertised to women; however, an artical more along the lines of '23 ways to love your body shape the way it is' should be given to women. It needs to be understood that everyone is individual and has their own shape and size, that's what makes everyone unique and special, so no one should have to change for anyone!
